Lets be creative with what we consume everyday. I have tried to innovate FIBERGY with Badam Kheer - a famous Indian Almond Milk simmering dessert.
Here is the receipe :-
Milk - 3 small cups
Almonds - 25
Sugar - 5 table spoons
Saffron - few strands
Almond FIBERGY - 2 Scoops
Method:
1) Soak the fresh almonds and peel of the skin and grind with little warm milk.
2) Mix Almond FIBERGY with warm milk and gradually mix it to avoid any lumps. Keep it aside in a separate container.
3) Boil the remainder milk and add the almond. Boil till the paste gets cooked.
4) Mix the sugar and simmer. Garnish with saffron.
5) Finally, pour the diluted FIBERGY in cooled Kheer. Mix it well till it blends.
5) As optional you may add chopped almond for garnishing.
Refrigerate and serve cold. Yummy !!
* Avoid adding Almond FIBERGY with hot boiled milk, high chances of killing the nutriens and the soluble fibers.
It is healthy drink which can be used a meal replacement or best choice for parties.
